Dear friend, be bold as a lion. May the Lord bless you according to today's promise found in II Timothy 2:1, which says, "Be strong [constantly strengthened] and empowered in the grace that is [to be found only] in Christ Jesus."

We can only find grace in Jesus. As our trials increase, we need to grow stronger in the grace that is in Jesus Christ. When we face struggles, we often feel weak. Proverbs 24:10 says, "If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small." This means that when we feel exhausted and tired due to life's problems, our strength is small. That's why Paul said in I Timothy 6:12, "Fight the good fight of the faith," referring to the faith in Jesus Christ. We should grow stronger and stronger in Jesus Christ. In Colossians 1:29, Paul said, "I work and struggle so hard, depending on Christ's mighty power that works within me."

Many times, we may not realise the presence of the Lord within us. The Bible states, "The Lord is with you like a mighty warrior." During difficult times, we often tend to forget this. Paul emphasises the need to actively pursue the power of Jesus Christ. In Ephesians 6:10, Paul urges us to "be strong in the mighty power of the Lord." Whenever I feel weary, I used to fast, pray, and strive hard to regain strength from God. The Bible teaches us that "our flesh is weak, but the spirit is willing." Even today, we can find strength in the grace of Jesus Christ, as stated in II Corinthians 12:9, where God says, "My grace is sufficient for you."

Our Lord Jesus Christ is full of grace. When we depend on this grace that Jesus has, we will grow stronger and stronger. This is what the Bible also says: 'Be strong, constantly strengthened and empowered in the grace that is to be found only in Jesus Christ.'

PRAYER:
Dear Father, I thank You for Your powerful promise. I am so grateful to know that You are with me to strengthen and empower me in Your unending grace. Your word says that those who seek You will lack nothing. Let me not lack in Your grace, Lord, but be strengthened in my body, soul, and spirit. Let Your 'grace to do all things' abound in my life and make me strong as a mighty warrior. Let me stand strong in You like a lion, and I pray that no evil will touch me. Thank You for enabling me to grow stronger each day. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
