My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Today, let us meditate on a beautiful promise from I John 4:4, which says, “He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”
Our God is truly a great God. Even when you face troubles, do not look to the world, to worldly friends, or even to your father or mother. Instead, look to the Almighty God. Remember, as I often say, “Your God is a great God!” He can work wonders for you; He is a miracle-working God. His very name is Miracle. Hallelujah! What a great God you have, my beloved. As it says in Psalm 96:4, “The Lord is great and greatly to be praised,” and similarly in Psalm 104:1 and Psalm 147:5: “Great is our Lord, and mighty in power.”
David himself faced many challenges, yet he was a man of God who always looked to the Lord, declaring, “You are my hope. You are my joy. You are my strength.” He would say time and again, “You are my everything.” My dear child of God, may you also declare the same - “The Lord is my only hope. I will look to Him all the time.” When you do so, the Lord will become a great God in your life as well. Psalm 111:2-3 says, “The works of the Lord are great, and His work is honourable and glorious.” David trusted completely in God, believing He would accomplish great things.
In the same way, you, too, maybe in trouble or in need. Don’t look to a man or woman or seek help from anyone else. Instead, look to Almighty God. Cry out to Him, share all your needs, and believe that He hears your cry. Right now, He will do great things for you. Do you believe it? The Lord is more than able to bring you out of every problem. Entrust all your troubles to Him, and trust as David did. The Lord will do mighty things in your life right now. If you believe, you will see the glory of God. Receive His greatest blessings today, for His greatness is unchanging. Hallelujah!
PRAYER:
Dear Lord, I come to You, my great and mighty Saviour, You who are greater than all, my only hope and strength. In times of trouble, I look only to You, my Almighty God, for You alone are my refuge, my joy, and my peace. I pray that You will work wonders in my life, Lord and show me Your miracles. I place all my needs before You, trusting in Your everlasting power. You are the source of all blessings, my miracle-working God. Let Your glory shine upon me as I place my faith in You. Thank You, Lord, for hearing my heart’s deepest cries. I believe in Your greatness and power. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
