My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Today is December 30th, just one more day to go! We are at the end of this year. Perhaps your heart is heavy with worries, and you feel broken by all the challenges and heartbreaks you have faced. Today, let us meditate on a beautiful verse, Psalm 147:3, which says, “God heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” My friend, are you brokenhearted as we approach these final days of the year? This message is for you. God is here to lift you out of your brokenness. He wants to heal your wounds and bring you out of every problem you are facing.
Take a moment to reflect on your life. Do you have a close walk with the Lord? Are you relying on Him for everything? Let us turn to Joshua 24:22-23, “So Joshua said to the people, ‘You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen the Lord for yourselves, to serve Him.’ And they said, ‘We are witnesses.’” Are you a witness for the Lord, my friend? Do you believe completely, 100 percent, that the Lord will help you come out of every problem? The Word of God says, “If you believe, you shall see the glory of God.” The Lord Jesus Himself declared this truth. If you believe, you will indeed see His glory!
Think of Hannah, the mother of Prophet Samuel. She had no children, while her co-sister had many. Hannah endured constant criticism and suffered greatly. Her heart was utterly broken. Yet, in her despair, she did the one thing that changed everything! She went into the presence of God, knelt down, and poured out all her agony before Him. To cut the story short, Hannah cried out to the Lord, and He heard her plea. God didn’t just bless her with one child, but He gave her many children, including the chosen child, Prophet Samuel. In the same way, my friend, your broken heart can be healed and your burdens lifted. Do you believe this? Right now, the Lord is ready to turn your brokenness into joy. Let us humble ourselves before Him and pray. I remember a time in my life when I faced a great problem. I knelt down and cried out to the Lord with all my heart. God heard my cry and brought me out of that difficulty. In the same way, as we stand at the brink of a new year, let us kneel before Him.
My friend, kneel down. Humble yourself before the Lord. Raise your hands to Him. Cry out to Him with all your agony. Pour your heart out before the Lord. A miracle is coming! Expect it because the Miracle Worker is with you. He will heal your brokenness, bind your wounds, and meet all your needs.
PRAYER:
Precious Lord, I come before You with a heart weighed down by challenges and pain. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up our wounds. I surrender every burden, worry, and sorrow into Your loving hands. Thank You for being my Miracle Worker, always near to lift me up. Lord, I believe in Your power to restore and renew my spirit. Fill my heart with Your peace and my soul with rejoicing. Help me to walk closely with You, trusting in Your unfailing love. Let Your glory shine in my life as I see Your miraculous works. Thank You, Lord, for turning my sorrow into joy and my despair into praise. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
