My dear friend, I am thrilled to greet you with God’s promise for you today from I Corinthians 3:7: “Neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God gives the growth.” Today, you may feel that despite all your efforts of planting, working, and striving, nothing seems to succeed. You may face failure in your studies, setbacks in your business, challenges in your job, or struggles in your family life. Perhaps you are wondering, “Does God have success in store for me?” But remember, my friend, no matter what we do, unless God’s blessing is upon it, it cannot truly prosper or flourish.

Today, God desires for you to prosper, and He will bless everything you do. You might even say, “I didn’t put much effort into this,” but know that God can take the small things you do wholeheartedly and bless them abundantly. The little effort you offer, He will bless and multiply.

We read in the Bible, in I Kings 17, the story of Elijah and the widow.  God directed Elijah to go to Zarephath, saying, “I have commanded a widow there to supply you with food.” When Elijah arrived, he saw the widow gathering sticks and asked her for water and a piece of bread. She replied, “I have no bread, only a handful of flour and a little oil. I’m gathering sticks to prepare our last meal, so my son and I can eat it and then die.” But Elijah assured her, “Do not be afraid. Go and do as you have planned, but first, make a small loaf for me and bring it to me, then make something for yourself and your son.” Then he declared, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘The jar of flour will not be used up, and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’” She followed his instructions, and just as promised, her flour and oil did not run dry. Every day, she and her family had enough to eat throughout the drought.

Dear friend, in the same way, you may have dreams, plans, or goals that seem to be falling short. You may feel like your resources are running out or that you are at the end of your strength. But know this: God is coming to bless you and your family today. He will bless your business, your job, your family life, and your studies. Whatever you put your heart into, God will cause it to flourish and grow. His blessings will overflow, and you will see continual growth and multiplication in all that you do.
So be of good cheer! God is blessing you today and is multiplying your efforts. Do not be afraid, and do not be discouraged. God’s blessing is upon you, and He will see you through to abundance and success.

PRAYER:
Loving Lord, thank You for being the source of every blessing and for bringing growth and increase where my own efforts fall short. I come to You with my worries and struggles, knowing that without You, nothing I do can truly prosper. Pour Your blessing over my life, my family, and my work so that each small effort I make is multiplied by Your grace. Just as You provided for the widow in her time of need, I trust that You will meet every need in my life because You are the God of increase. Please strengthen my faith to fully trust Your promises and grant me the courage to let go of my fears. I receive Your abundant blessings today, Lord, with a grateful heart. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
