My precious friend, the Lord declares, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be My witnesses" (Acts 1:8). Yes, the power of the Almighty God comes when the Holy Spirit fills you. This is the same power of God that came upon the Virgin Mary. She conceived when the Holy Spirit came upon her, and a child, which was God Himself, was formed in her womb. That is the incredible power you receive. What does not exist is brought into being by the power of the Holy Spirit. And through this, you become His witness. Mary gave birth to Jesus and became a witness to bring God into the world; a servant of the Almighty God.

Even today, the Lord longs to make you a servant of the living God, a witness to His power, and a channel for bringing miracles to others. Yes, but often, the forces of evil rise up against you to bind you, to break you, to place you in chains, and to whisper that you have no hope. "The devil comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy. But Jesus comes to give life." To break the power of the devil, God has sent His Holy Spirit into you. Yes, you can receive Him. When the Holy Spirit comes into you, He fills you with His power to bring forth Jesus, to experience Jesus, and to enjoy the fullness of God’s blessings in your life.

Just as Mary received the child Jesus, she received the fullness of God’s blessings. Every blessing is hidden in Jesus. As Jesus is born within you through the infilling of the Holy Spirit, all those blessings are born within you as well. Today, He stands ready to fill you with His power! 

Let me share the testimony of a sister, Vandana, from Bilaspur. She suffered terribly from headaches and dizziness. Her husband took her to the hospital, where doctors performed every test they could think of, but they found no cause. Medication was prescribed, but her condition only worsened. Eventually, she was admitted to the ICU. During that time, she watched the Jesus Calls programme on Facebook and YouTube. She thought, “How wonderful it would be if they came to our city!”

Amazingly, she later heard that we were coming to Ambikapur, her city. She attended the meeting. On the first night, as I was praying for everyone suffering from pain, the presence of God came upon her. Instantly, her headache disappeared. The next day, at the Partners' Meeting, Sister Evangeline prayed for everyone to be filled with the Holy Spirit. She declared that God was healing the nerves of His people. At that moment, the Holy Spirit came upon Sis. Vandana mightily. All her dizziness vanished, her headache was gone, and she was completely healed. She received a brand-new life and today, she is a witness for the Lord. God desires to fill you as well. So, my friend, be of good cheer!

PRAYER: 
Dear Lord, I thank You for Your promise to fill me with the power of the Holy Spirit. I surrender myself to You. Just as You came upon Mary and brought forth the miraculous, fill me with Your presence, Holy Spirit, and let the Lord Jesus be born in my heart. Please break every chain of darkness that binds me and restore hope in my soul. Let Your power flow through me to be a witness of Your glory to the world. Let every hidden blessing in Christ be revealed and fulfilled in my life. Grant me the courage to stand firm against evil and walk in the fullness of Your love. Use me as a vessel of miracles, healing, and joy to others. I receive Your Holy Spirit and declare in faith that Your power is at work in me today. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray, Amen.
