My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Today, we are going to meditate on the promise verse, Psalm 32:8. It says, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.” Yes, my child of God, we must cultivate the practice of waiting at the feet of God. Whatever you desire from the Lord, wait, kneel down, and look to Him. Pray, “Lord, teach me Your ways,” and He will instruct you in a miraculous way.
Isaiah 30:21 declares, “Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left.” Yes, my friend, it is a beautiful experience to wait at the feet of God. When you kneel down and seek Him, the Lord will come with great joy to see you, help you, and speak to you. David writes in Psalm 37:7, “Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him.” And in the same Psalm 37:5, he says, “Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass.” Each day in this world, we face trials and temptations. We worry about what to do and how to overcome our struggles. But no, my child of God, you need not be anxious. Simply kneel down, look to the Lord, and tell Him all that you need. David proclaims in Psalm 62:5-6, “My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He is my defence; I shall not be moved.”
So, my beloved friend, do not be troubled about anything. No matter how great the problem may seem, it is a simple thing before the Lord. You need not worry. Just cling to Him, and that is enough.
PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude. Thank You for Your promise to guide and instruct me in the way I should go. Teach me, Lord, to wait patiently at Your feet, seeking Your wisdom and direction. When trials and temptations arise, help me to trust in You completely. Let my ears be attentive to Your voice, leading me in the right path. Strengthen my faith so that I can rest in Your presence without fear. I commit my ways into Your hands, knowing You will bring everything to pass. No matter how great my troubles seem, I surrender them all to You. I cling to You, Lord, knowing that You are more than enough for me. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
