My friend, "The root of the righteous bears fruit." Proverbs 12:12 says so. Usually, we see fruits growing only on the branches of trees. But many years ago, as my father was preaching on the radio, something remarkable happened.

A farmer, heartbroken over his failed crops, was walking through his field with a portable radio in hand. That day, my father shared a divine principle over the radio, saying, "Plant your seed not only in the ground where you expect a harvest but also in God's kingdom for the blessing of others. Then God will give you a bountiful harvest. He will make you bear fruit in your life." The farmer believed these words and acted on them. He joined in prayer and sowed his offerings in faith. That year, as the harvest came, he witnessed a miracle. Fruits were blooming not only on the branches but even at the roots of his short trees. It was a cardamom field, and the yield was abundant. Moreover, the market rates soared, bringing him an unexpected financial blessing. In gratitude, he made a garland with the cardamom nuts and placed it on my father’s shoulders, saying, "Thank you for showing me Jesus, the One who makes me bear fruit, both spiritual fruit and fruit for my labour."

Yes, the Lord is willing to make you bear fruit, too! For whom does He do this? For the righteous. When we walk in righteousness, obeying God, keeping our hearts pure, sowing into His kingdom, supporting His ministry, and caring for the poor, God blesses us abundantly. He causes us to bear fruit, not just in one area, but from head to foot, in everything we do.

Here’s a wonderful testimony from Sis. Anitha from Pondicherry. She has two sons, Rohan and Rohit. Rohit, the younger son, struggled to concentrate on his studies, especially during his 10th standard. His parents were deeply distressed, unsure about his future. In their desperation, they brought both their sons and enrolled them in the Jesus Calls Young Partners Plan. Prayers began in the Prayer Tower, along with our prayers. When Rohit wrote his 10th standard exam, he scored an outstanding 485 out of 500, becoming the top student in his school! His elder brother Rohan also experienced divine favour. He completed his 12th standard and appeared for the NEET entrance exam. Once again, prayers were offered at the Prayer Tower, and God blessed him abundantly. He secured a top rank and gained admission into a prestigious medical college. Their mother, overwhelmed with joy, said, "If not for the Jesus Calls Ministry and the Young Partners Plan, what would we have done?" She thanked us for praying for them. My friend, God will do the same for your children, too! He will make you bear fruit, from the root to the top!

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, thank You for Your promise to bless the righteous and make them fruitful in every area of life. Even now, I pray that You will help me to walk in obedience, to keep my heart pure and to sow into Your kingdom with faith. Pour out Your abundant blessings upon me so that I can bear much fruit from root to top. Strengthen my hands to care for the poor and support Your ministry with love. Let my life be a testimony of Your goodness and unfailing provision. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
