Dear friend, today we are going to meditate on a beautiful verse from Ephesians 2:10, which says, "We are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." In another translation, it says, "We are God's masterpiece." We are carefully created by Him. In Greek, the word used here means "We are God's poem."  Think about how carefully a poem is written. We take so much time refining it, perfecting every word until it is just right. We don't leave it incomplete, do we? Yes, we are a book of God's love and grace, beautifully crafted by His hands. The Lord alone is the author of our lives. He did not allow anyone else to write it.

When my mother was young, she used to weave baskets. She was a perfectionist, and she wouldn’t let anyone else touch her work. She would say, "I will be the only one to do it." She wove each basket with great love and care, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Even today, we have one of her baskets, a large, beautiful bag that she made for our travels. It is her masterpiece, a reflection of her dedication and love. In the same way, you are a masterpiece of God. From the beginning to the end, He alone is shaping you. To mould and refine you, He uses His precious promises, His Spirit, His love, and various provisions, all to make you into the person He has designed you to be.

Even today, He is at work in your life. He has planted you with a purpose so that you will bear much fruit. That is why the Bible calls us "trees of righteousness" - the planting of the Lord. Your life is not aimless; you have a mission, which is to do good works that glorify God. You may wonder, "Lord, how can I work for You?" But when you surrender your heart to Him, He will open doors for you. Do not hesitate to step through them. You are created for a higher purpose. If you obey God and follow His leading, doing the good works inspired by the Holy Spirit, He will be pleased with you. As Jesus says in Matthew 25:35, "I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink."

Likewise, when you dedicate your life to serving Him, He will delight in you, dear friend. You are God’s handiwork, created in Christ to do good works. So do not remain silent. Rise up! Serve the Lord with all your heart. Love Him with all your strength, and you will become a tree of righteousness, a fruitful tree in His kingdom. Before marriage, I was not serving the Lord. But when I surrendered my heart to His service, He made me a blessing to millions. And I know that my reward is with Him. If you work for the Lord, you will surely be rewarded. Will you come forward to serve Him?

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, I thank You for creating me as Your masterpiece. You have shaped me with Your love, and my life is in Your hands. Mould me, Lord, according to Your perfect plan and purpose. Fill me with Your Spirit and guide me to do the good works You have prepared for me. Help me to bear much fruit and bring glory to Your name. Give me the courage to step through the doors You open for me. Let my heart be filled with love and compassion for those in need. Use me, Lord, as a vessel to serve and bless others. Help me to remain faithful to You always, knowing that my assured reward is in heaven.  In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
